Eastern Surveyors® are an independent, family-owned RICS Regulated company.

We are completely independent as we do not have any partnerships or referral contracts with the likes of estate agents, mortgage brokers, solicitors etc. This means we are completely impartial to provide you with the best advice. We are not a panel company that receives your instruction and delegates to another surveyor or company, but rather an independent firm committed to you from the outset.

We specialise in providing high quality RICS Level 2 Surveys, Level 3 Surveys, Valuations, New-Build Snagging Surveys, and Drone/Camera Pole Aerial Surveys.

We are passionate in supporting both prospective and current homeowners to make well-informed decisions regarding their most expensive purchase, and ultimately their home! Our slogan is, ‘Your Property, Our Priority’.

The company was founded by our Director, George, due to some of the experiences had when working for large national firms. Carrying out large volumes of surveys resulted in less detailed and property specific reports. The desire to offer excellent customer service was naturally compromised, whereby our love of surveying and passion to deliver excellence ultimately led to our founding.

Eastern Surveyors® was therefore founded from the desire to provide an excellent service from start to finish, where you are our priority.

Our Principles:

1. To provide an excellent service from the initial enquiry and quotation, through to the final report, and any emails or phone calls along the way. Our customer service alongside our expertise and passion ensures that you can make the best-informed decisions regarding your future or current property.
2. To always be regarded as a trusted surveying firm. We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, and as such we strongly promote and adhere to the ethical principles outlined by RICS, which includes acting with honesty and integrity. Our Director, George, is an RICS ‘Inspire Ambassador’, which promotes the profession and aims to encourage new entrants into surveying.
3. To ensure our clients achieve value for money. We remain competitive in our pricing and offer a wide range of specialist surveying services. We aim to go the extra mile, such as ensuring we can comment on elements like roofs and chimneys via the use of drones and camera poles where possible, rather than them regarded as a limitation of a ground-level inspection.
